Thank you for shopping at Enterprise Three Designs We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags and labels must still be attached (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within the return window.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards
- Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel
- Used or damaged items not due to shipping
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at CustomerService@Enterprise3Designs.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)
We will provide return instructions, including the return address and whether a prepaid return label will be issued.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CustomerService@Enterprise3Designs.com
7. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
